Integrated Effluent Treatment Plant (IETP) Process Details

The effluent generated in the solvent synthesis facilities contains very high COD as well as salt content. For removing these impurities Integrated Effluent Treatment Plant (IETP) has been installed. The steps involved for removal of these impurities are as below:

    • Neutralization:
    • Oil & Grease / Organics Separation:
    • FeCl3 Treatment:
    • Rotary Vacuum Filtration:
    • Rotary Vacuum Filtration:
    • Evaporation for removal of TDS:
    • Activated Carbon Adsorption:
    Disposal of Hazardous waste

The organic layer removed from organic separation tank is being disposed by SPCB approved site with regard to the solid waste.
