Maintenance & testing of Heat Exchangers at HWPK site during MTA-2022.

Ultrasonic Flaw Detection (UFD), Dye Penetration Testing (DPT), Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing / Time of Flight Diffraction (PAUT/TOFD) of weld joints and thickness measurement/mapping at identified locations of XU towers, vessels, heat exchangers and process lines at HWPK site during MTA-2022.

Eddy current testing of tubes of shell and tube type Heat Exchanger at HWPK site during MTA-2022.

Maintenance and Testing of large size DD valves covering sizes ranging from 12" NB - 36" NB at HWPK during MT-2022.

Seggregation, sorting of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium cables, plastic scrap materials and shifting to its designated chamber in temporary scrap yard.

Removal, cleaning, inspection and replacement of damaged tower sieve trays/internals of exchange unit towers at HWP(Kota) site.
