A DAE-BRNS sponsored Two-day Theme Meeting on “Strategic Planning for Enhancing Research Reactor Utilization (RRU-2022)” was organized during May 6-7, 2022 at DAE Convention Centre, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai-400094. The main objective of this Theme Meeting was aimed at interaction with potential users of research reactors at BARC.

In line with HWBs commitment towards creating Public Awareness on activities undertaken by HWB, this office also took part in the POP by putting an exhibition STALL showcasing various products and activities.

On 06/05/2022 at 09:30 hrs Chief Guest Dr. R. Chidambaram, Former Chairman, AEC & Secretary, DAE and Former Principal Scientific Adviser to the Govt. of India inaugurated the program. Subsequently many officials of DAE, private industries and universities visited the STALL of HWB to know about the products on display. University students eagerly enquired about the properties of products and mode of acquiring the products etc. About 100 participants from DAE/non DAE forum visited the HWB STALL during these 2 days. Visitors expressed gratitude as HWB STALL helped them to enrich their scientific knowledge.”
